The District of Columbia Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), (the “District”) is seeking a contractor with the professional expertise in building community relations, building up, reinforcing, improving and strengthening New Communities Initiative’s (NCI’s) local and national profile and reputation.
