2 Patterson Street, NE is a 42,252 square foot lot fronting North Capitol Street, just south of New York Avenue. 2 Patterson is two blocks west of the NoMa/Gallaudet redline metro stop and is zoned D-5 for by-right high-density development for residential and commercial use. The RFP was issued for solicitation on June 22, 2018 and is now closed. See below.
