Between April and the end of the summer of 2024, DC government is conducting a census of DC-headquartered small businesses to better understand who makes up our small business community and ensure that DC is a place where small business owners of all backgrounds can thrive. Housing in Downtown Program Expected to Support District in Reaching 90% of the Goal to Add 15,000 Residents Downtown by 2028
