On September 4, 2015, the Government of the District of Columbia, through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, issued the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Parcel 42 in Ward 6.

DMPED will conduct an information session and introductory site visit on September 9, 2015 at the Watha T. Daniel/Shaw Neighborhood Library.

This session is strongly recommended for all Respondents.

The tentative schedule for the Pre-Response Information Session and Site Visit is as follows:

3:45 - 4:00pm: Arrive and Check-in
4:00 - 5:00pm: Information and Q&A Session
5:00 - 5:30pm: Site Walk

ALL ATTENDEES SHOULD COMPLETE THE SITE TOUR WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM THAT HAS BEEN ATTACHED AS APPENDIX C OF THE RFP. WAIVER FORMS WILL BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO ADMITTANCE TO THE PRE-RESPONSE INFORMATION SESSION & SITE VISIT. THOSE THAT HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON-SITE.
