The Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) invites you to the Our RFP 2nd Public Workshop on April 6 for an interactive discussion of community goals for redeveloping the District-owned Fletcher-Johnson site, located on Benning Road SE in the Marshall Heights neighborhood.

At the workshop,the District will provide a thorough analysis of the Fletcher-Johnson site, neighborhood, and market context. DMPED will actively solicit feedback on how to shape the future development of this site from the public in the form of a facilitated break-out group session. Your feedback will be combined with citywide objectives to inform the RFP process and to better guide the development community in submitting proposals that are aligned with the public’s priorities.
