The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) invites you to the first community engagement in the OurRFP Process for the redevelopment of the District-owned site located at 261 17th Street SE in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.

The OurRFP Public Workshop is an interactive discussion of community goals. The District will present a thorough analysis of the site and surrounding neighborhood. Then, you will be invited to share your thoughts on the redevelopment of the site. Your feedback will be combined with citywide objectives to create OurRFP. The meeting is at 10AM on Saturday, January 28 at the Friendship Chamberlain Elementary School located at 1345 Potomac Ave, SE.
