Opportunity Zones (OZ) is a new federal tax incentive designed to spur equity investments and commercial activity in under invested communities. While significant regulatory questions remain, OZ has the potential to create new investment opportunities for businesses and entrepreneurs located in designated zones. Join the DC Chamber of Commerce and the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) for a discussion with local businesses and OZ experts about how businesses in DC could take advantage of this tool.
