The Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) is proud to announce the next opportunity for community input on the redevelopment of 1125 Spring Road NW through the OurRFP process. OurRFP is a Mayoral Initiative that incorporates community engagement early in the request for proposals (RFP) process to ensure an open and transparent process. DMPED heard the community's preferences and priorities for the redevelopment of 1125 Spring Road NW and incorporated this input into the RFP.

At this community meeting, development teams will be presenting their visions for the redevelopment of the site and the community will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
