On March 24, the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) held "March Madness", a pre-solicitation event to announce upcoming community development projects in the District of Columbia.
On April 1, DMPED held a Northwest One RFP: Developer Presentations meeting. Eight different development teams presented their proposals for 3.5 acre Northwest One site at North Capitol and K Street, NW in Ward 6.
