The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (“DMPED”), is seeking offers from highly qualified Contractors to perform a sports study that will identify potential financing models for District investment in new and existing sports facilities based on an analysis of current needs, existing financing mechanisms and comparative research.
