The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (“DMPED”), is seeking offers from highly qualified Contractors to complete a forecast of housing demand, a neighborhood change and displacement analysis, and an evaluation of housing supply policies. The goal is to conduct a series of analyses to support key initiatives and inform policy strategies and housing production targets to address the housing needs of District residents.
