View the Nortwest One—Notice of Development Team Shortlist

Dear members of ANC 6E and 6C, CM Allen's Office, and affected community stakeholders:

This notice is in regards to the Northwest One Request for Proposals (RFP), issued on September 22, 2016 after input from OurRFP meeting last summer. Nine responses were received on December 15, 2016, and one respondent has since dropped out of the competitive process. The remaining eight teams presented to the community on April 1st, 2017, and their presentations were uploaded to the dcnewcommunities.org website. The Selection Recommendation Panel has met several times and evaluated all of the responses in accordance with the criteria outlined in the RFP. DMPED is shortlisting the following five proposals:

• Brinshore, Bozzuto, BoA CDC, and Trilogy
• The Community Builders
• Donatelli Development, Paramount, and Gonzaga
• Monument Realty and Community Housing Partners
• MRP Realty and CSG Urban Partners

DMPED will work with ANC 6E and the five shortlisted teams to provide additional community presentations in June 2017 before a final selection is made.
