The Government of the District of Columbia (the “District”), through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (“DMPED”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) as it seeks to receive proposals (each a “Proposal” and collectively “Proposals”) from individuals and/or teams (each a “Respondent” and collectively “Respondents”) for the redevelopment of the properties (“Project”) located at 427 New Jersey Ave, NW (the “DOEE Development Parcel”) and 439 New Jersey Ave, NW (the “FEMS Development Parcel”) (together, the “Development Parcels”).
