While we continue to take all precautions to protect public health during the ongoing pandemic, DC is open! Events play an important role of making DC a wonderful place to live and visit, and provide economic impact to local businesses and entrepreneurs. As such, they are a critical part of our economic recovery. In FY22, Mayor Bowser will provide various new resources to support events that benefit DC communities.

Stronger Together by Assisting You or STAY DC is the District’s $350 million emergency rental assistance program to help households unable to pay rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Anyone who is struggling to pay their rent or utility bills should visit stay.dc.gov or call 833-4-STAYDC from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for more information.
