The District of Columbia Government (“District”), Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (“DMPED”), has a requirement for a highly qualified Contractor, with experience in large-scale and/or sports and entertainment venue development in the Washington Metropolitan Area, to represent and support the District in the renovation of the Capital One Arena in FY 26 and FY 27 during the Construction phase of the project.
