The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) has a requirement for a highly qualified Contractor to execute a marketing tour promoting the National Cherry Blossom Festival aimed at attracting tourists from the northeast corridor of the United States while highlighting the high quality of life in the District. This marketing campaign would be in the form of a week-long regional tour with a family friendly experiential activation in 3 to 4 cities (Boston, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York City). The tour shall also include a business attraction component to select markets with curated engagement events aimed at encouraging companies to expand to DC.
