The District of Columbia Government, Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), pursuant to the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (“PPRA”), 27 DCMR Chapter 16, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (IFB) seeking a qualified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Contractor to provide experienced grant application reviewers for the District’s various grant programs. The Contractor will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing reviewers to conduct thorough and rigorous evaluations of grant applications, including numerical scoring and comments for each application.
