
The District announced in 2011, redevelopment plans for the former Justice Park site at 1421 Euclid Street, NW.
Through a competitive bid process, the $11.5 million project was awarded on July 20, 2011 to the development team of Euclid Community Partners, comprised of Dantes Partners, Perdomo Group and Capital Construction Enterprises.
The 12,325 square foot parcel will be redeveloped into a new five-story, 28-unit apartment building, all of which are reserved for low-income households earning between 30 to 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).
A groundbreaking was held in May 2012. The Justice Park Apartment opened in Fall 2014.
