Highland Park

Highland Park photo

The District worked with Donatelli Development to construct an award-winning apartment complex with neighborhood-serving retail. Twenty percent of the apartments are reserved at affordable rates. Highland Park is regarded as a major catalyst for the District’s ongoing development efforts in the Columbia Heights neighborhood.

The building sits next to Metrorail’s Green and Yellow Lines and is within a short walking distance to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of the Adams Morgan neighborhoods and U street corridor. Highland Park received the 2009 National Association of Home Builders Award for best mid-rise apartments.
