DCHA Received Four Proposals for Park Morton Redevelopment

The District of Columbia Housing Authority received four proposals to redevelop Park Morton, one of the four properties designated for revitalization under the District of Columbia’s New Communities Initiative, a comprehensive public-private partnership that began in 2005 and aims to address the physical and human architecture of neighborhoods troubled by concentrations of poverty, unemployment, blight, and the deterioration of the housing stock.

Interim Deputy Mayor Miller Announces Respondents to the Request for Proposals to Redevelop St. Elizabeths East

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – Interim Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development M. Jeffrey Miller today announced receipt of five responses submitted for the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the first phase of development of the historic St. Elizabeths East Campus in Ward 8. 

The five respondent teams to the RFP are as follows (development, innovation advisors and local partners):

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – Interim Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development Jeffrey Miller today announced that the District of Columbia, through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), has released a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for the redevelopment of the air rights over an existing parking deck and parcels at 2nd Street NW between H and K Streets NW.

Deputy Mayor Hoskins Announces Release Of Request for Proposals for Grimke Redevelopment

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development Victor L. Hoskins today announced that the District of Columbia, through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the historic Grimke School at 1923 Vermont Avenue NW, and an adjacent District-owned parcel at 912 U Street NW.
