Pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 10-801(a-3)(1), if the proposed disposition of real property will result in the development of multifamily residential property consisting of 10 or more units, certain prescribed affordable housing requirements shall apply.  These requirements are manifested in an Affordable Dwelling Unit Covenant.  This covenant, also called an Affordable Housing Covenant, is included as part of the draft Land Disposition Agreement that is submitted along with the disposition resolution and analysis.
