Pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 10-801(b-1)(5)(A)(i), the Mayor must submit to the DC Council a draft form of a Land Disposition Agreement (“LDA”).  The LDA of a project gives a more thorough description of the proposed development and contains some important covenants and attachments.
