Pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 10-801(b-1)(3), along with the disposition resolution, the Mayor must submit to the DC Council a document, called an “appraisal,” reporting the value of property prepared by an independent appraiser or assessor performed within 12 months of transmission of the proposed resolution to the DC Council.
