Pursuant to D.C. Official Code §10-801, the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development will conduct a public surplus hearing regarding 427 New Jersey Ave NW and 439 New Jersey Ave NW (Square 630, Lots 831 and 833) (“Property”) to obtain community input on potential public uses of the real property to inform the Mayor's determination whether the real property is no longer required for public purposes.
