About this event

Parcel 42 is a new mixed-use development on 7th Street and Rhode Island Avenue, NW, adjacent to the Shaw Metro Station in a high opportunity location. The building is a signature design by Architects Grimm + Parker Architects. The development has 108 affordable units ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Parcel 42 was one of the District's "OurRFP" projects that incorporated community engagement early in the design.
