(Washington, DC) – On Monday, March 30 at the Lincoln Theatre, Mayor Muriel Bowser and Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) Brian Kenner will announce new and upcoming projects for the District’s development community. Continuing on the Pathways to the Middle Class Tour, Monday’s announcement will create more quality affordable housing, support small and local business, and expand job opportunities for DC residents.
At DMPED's “March Madness” Pre-Solicitation Event, the Mayor and DMPED will be joined by Department of Housing and Community Development Director Polly Donaldson and Department of Small and Local Business Development Director Ana Harvey to discuss the solicitation process and provide a forum for interaction among all areas of the District’s community, business and development sectors.
This event is part of Mayor Bowser’s Pathways to the Middle Class Tour, a week-long effort leading up to the March 31st State of the District Address to highlight ways the Administration is helping to create Pathways to the Middle Class for DC residents.
