Pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 10-801(b-1)(4), for any development project where the total value of government assistance is greater than $10 million, the Mayor, along with the disposition resolution, must submit to the DC Council a description of the project funding and financing plan.  This funding plan is called a project’s “Sources and Uses.”
