The District of Columbia Government, Office of Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) (the "District") is seeking proposals from qualified law firms to serve as bond counsel on behalf of the District, in its capacity as the bond issuer for issuance and sale of 501(c)(3) enterprise zone facility, qualified zone academy and industrial development bonds and notes authorize under the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, as amended, on an as needed basis in support of the District of Columbia's Industrial Revenue Bond Program ("IRB"), and for other District programs to be determined as projects identified.
