Mayor Vincent C. Gray, officials with the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) and the Mayor's Office of Religious Affairs will host an Interfaith Economic Development Summit that will focus on the real-estate-development process in the District of Columbia.

The Interfaith Development Summit was created to help give the faith-based community more insight into the real-estate-development process, with the goal of encouraging further participation. The summit will feature informational sessions that discuss submitting development proposals, land development agreement negotiations, obtaining D.C. Council approval, financing and more.
