The Action Plan will offer new strategies, programs, and initiatives to reimagine downtown and identify specific roles for all involved stakeholders. Mayor Muriel Bowser and the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District, the DowntownDC Business Improvement District, and the Federal City Council have come together to create this central coordinating effort for Downtown transformation and invite all relevant leaders and stakeholders to participate. Your voice, expertise, and participation will be critical to ensuring success.

During the event, Mayor Bowser and Deputy Mayor Anderson will provide remarks on the significance of the Action Plan and updates on ongoing District Efforts. The Golden Triangle Business Improvement District and DowntownDC Business Improvement District will outline key milestones, partnerships, and areas for reimagination of DC’s Downtown that will be considered in the process. Attendees will have an opportunity to share their feedback about the future of DC’s Downtown.
