Request for Ideas (RFI) Building 1 Reuse at Former Walter Reed Army Medical Center 

The purpose of this Request for Ideas (RFI) is to encourage and explore creative ideas for the reuse potential of the historic Central Hospital Administration Building (Building 1) at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC). Responses from potential users or developers with ideas that support the local community and the District's vision and goals for economic development and re-use of the site are particularly encouraged.
