![]() CityCenterDC - Old Convention Center SiteCityCenter DC is an $850 million mixed-use project on the 10.2-acre old convention center site in the heart of the center city of Washington DC. The project promises to become the District's premier downtown retail, restaurant and entertainment destination. ![]() CityMarket at OCityMarket at O is a 1 million-square foot urban infill project being developed by Roadside Development on the former O Street market site at 9th and O Street, NW in Washington DC’s Shaw neighborhood. The Fenty administration committed $35 million in tax increment financing (TIF) and $2.5 million in predevelopment funds for the project. The project will include over 87,000 square feet of retail, 600+ residential units, and over 500 parking spaces. ![]() Convention Center HQ HotelThe District and Marriott International are partnering to build a 1,175-room Marriott Marquis convention center headquarters hotel that will support the District’s world-class Walter E.
