6925 and 6929 Georgia Avenue NW 



6925 and 6929 Georgia Avenue are located on the eastern side of Georgia Avenue between Butternut Street and Dahlia Street NW.  The site, identified as Square 2967, Lots 0811 and 0812 in the Takoma neighborhood in Washington, D.C., is a fenced, unimproved lot of approximately 14,997 square feet.

In a competitive solicitation the District of Columbia selected Mi Casa, Inc. as the city's partner for the redevelopment of 6925 and 6929 Georgia Avenue, NW. Mi Casa has proposed building twenty-seven (27) units of new, mixed-income housing on the site.
