The Pre-Solicitation Workshop held on July 27, 2012 at the Lincoln Theatre, introduced eight major opportunities in the District's economic-development pipeline to all sectors of all the development community, provided details of the process and response requirements, and provided a forum for interaction between potential project team members prior to the District's release of these development and procurement opportunities.
